Inlet Covers

Specifically engineered for the Gulfstream G500, Jet Brella’s inlet covers are designed to precisely fit the PW800 nacelles. Each cover weighs 8.8 lbs and collapses to 49″ tall by 10″ wide. Constructed with a composite cone and neoprene foam insert, the covers use a trampoline-style venting system to relieve internal pressure and reduce condensation. Quick-release pins allow for fast, tool-free attachment. A removable panel in the updated design helps minimize water intrusion during severe weather. All inlet sets are supplied in a breathable mesh carry bag, with optional customization available including color, logos, tail number, or serial number embroidery.

Exhaust Covers

The G500 exhaust covers are constructed using rigid, fire-retardant materials and tailored for a perfect seal on PW800-series engines. Each plug measures 42″ in diameter and 2.25″ in depth, with a weight of 10 lbs. Quick attachment is achieved with vinyl-coated flat hooks that secure the plugs firmly in place, even in strong winds or jet blast environments. Carry bags with mesh ventilation and reinforced loops are included for organized storage and transport.
