The stowed dimensions are 44.5” in height and 18” in width, and each unit weighs 13 lbs. Installation is fast and tool-free, secured by three quick-release pins. Every inlet cover is housed in a breathable mesh carry bag, ideal for compact storage with vertical hanging loops.

Exhaust Covers

The exhaust cover set for the Boeing 767 includes center and outer pillows designed to fully seal off the CF6-80C2 exhaust area. Constructed from vinyl-covered foam with rigid fiberglass backing plates, these units block snow, birds, sand, and rain, preventing long-term exposure that can degrade engine internals. The center pillow measures 35.25” in diameter with a depth of 2.5”, while the outer pillows span 96” collectively with a depth of 4”. Each piece weighs approximately 8.75 lbs and attaches via adjustable webbing and plastic tether hooks.
