Inlet Covers

Engineered specifically for the Gulfstream G800, Jet Brella’s inlet covers provide an exact fit for BR730B2-14 engine nacelles. The inlet covers are lightweight and collapse to a compact size, balancing strength and portability. Built on a zinc-plated 4130 steel and spring steel frame, the covers feature a composite cone with a neoprene foam insert and integrated spinner bearing. The trampoline-style venting system helps relieve pressure and reduce trapped moisture during idle periods. Secured by quick-release pins and webbing, each cover includes a breathable mesh carry bag with vertical loops. Custom options are available for color, N-numbers, and operator branding.

Exhaust Covers

Jet Brella’s exhaust plugs for the G800 are constructed from rigid, red thermoformed plastic and are FAA FAR 25.853 compliant. The vinyl-coated flat hooks and durable webbing provide a secure hold under ramp and storage conditions. Each unit features a soft rubber P-seal to prevent moisture and debris intrusion while minimizing wear on engine components.
