The trampoline-style venting system prevents internal pressure buildup and reduces condensation during storage, while effectively sealing out birds, grit, moisture, and airborne contaminants. The covers are secured using a quick-release pin configuration. Each composite cone includes a spinner bearing and full neoprene foam insert for added seal stability and flexibility. Each unit is constructed from rigid, thermoformed FAA FAR 25.853-approved material with a vinyl/foam rubber P-seal, designed to resist nesting wildlife, sand, rain, and snow. With a 38″ diameter and 2.25″ depth, each cover weighs 7 lbs. 2 oz. and is built to fit securely without the need for permanent hardware. Optional flat hook straps, restraint webbing, and reflective stripes ensure a secure hold even in harsh ramp conditions. “REMOVE BEFORE FLIGHT” flags and carry bags are included with every set.
